Are your virtual assistants based in Singapore?
No. Our VAs work remotely from our headquarters in Chennai, India, and our support centres in Cebu, Philippines and in Brazil and Chile. They work on your schedule and inside the tools you already use.
How much does a virtual assistant cost?
General virtual assistant plans are US$699 a month for part time (80 hours) and US$999 a month for full time (160 hours). A team plan for up to 4 users is US$3,799 a month. Plans are billed monthly with no lock-in contract. Specialist services are priced on our Plans & Pricing page.

What tasks can I hand over?

How do you keep my data secure?
Every VA is vetted and signs a confidentiality agreement before getting access to your accounts. We use role-based access and encrypted communication tools, and you can revoke access at any time.
How do you handle Singapore’s PDPA?
Under the PDPA’s Transfer Limitation Obligation, personal data sent outside Singapore must keep a comparable standard of protection. Can I have a VA on the same time zone as Singapore?
Yes. Ask for a Philippines-based VA. The Philippines is on UTC+8, the same as Singapore, so your VA works your normal office hours.
Can I start part time?
Yes. The Part Time plan is 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, for US$699 a month, and you can move to full time or a team plan at any time.
Do I pay CPF for a virtual assistant?
No. You’re buying a managed service, not hiring an employee, so there’s no CPF contribution or work pass application on your side. Check with your accountant for your own situation.
What if my VA isn’t the right fit?
Tell your account manager and we’ll replace your VA free of charge, typically within 48 hours.
