The 7VAS Affiliate Program lets bloggers, consultants, business coaches, and content creators earn commission by referring clients to our virtual assistant services. Once approved, you'll receive a unique referral link and access to a dashboard where you can track clicks, signups, and earnings in real time.

Affiliates earn a commission for each qualifying client they refer who signs up for 7VAS services. Commission rates vary depending on the plan the referred client selects, and full details are shared with affiliates upon approval into the program.

Commission is calculated based on the referred client's active subscription, in line with the terms provided at the time you join the program.

Each referral link carries a 60-day tracking cookie. If a visitor clicks your link and signs up for a paid plan within 60 days, the referral is credited to your account — even if they don't convert on their first visit. Attribution is based on last-click within the cookie window.

Commissions are calculated on a regular schedule and paid out after any applicable review period has passed, allowing time for refund or chargeback windows to clear.

• Payout frequency, minimum thresholds, and accepted payment methods are confirmed when you join the program
• Balances below the minimum threshold roll over to the following period

To remain in good standing as a 7VAS affiliate, you agree to:

• Represent 7VAS services accurately and avoid misleading claims about pricing, results, or guarantees
• Avoid bidding on "7 Virtual Assistant Services" or close variations as paid search keywords
• Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable advertising regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines)
• Not use spam, unsolicited email, or fake accounts to generate referrals

7VAS reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account that violates these guidelines, and to withhold commissions earned through fraudulent or invalid referrals.

We may update commission rates, cookie durations, or program terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to new referrals going forward and will be communicated to active affiliates by email in advance of taking effect.
