International Data Transfers
As a global agency with clients in the US, UK, UAE, and Australia and delivery teams in the Philippines and India, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence.

Data Retention
- Client data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and up to 7 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes
- Enquiry and prospect data is retained for up to 2 years if no engagement follows
- Website analytics data is retained per the retention periods of the relevant analytics tool
When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
